The motivation for pursuing a PGCE is to inspire the younger generation, share a passion for science, and contribute valuable experiences to future learners. However, Do something new. Meditation really worked wonders for me, and is a wonderful way to start or end your day. My personal favourites are Boho Beautiful’s guided meditations. The Mindfulness Teacher has a host of easy meditations for children, or adults. I found these videos while working in a preschool and got positive feedback. Try out freeform doodling as well – another tool that clears your mind and can be exJournaling has changed my life. It cleared massive amounts of clutter in my brain, allowing me to think clearly. I used digital journaling and my notes app if I needed to declutter on the move.
