To lodge an inquiry through our website we require your name and email address. You may also provide [your phone number and a message]. To join our workshops we require your full name and email address. The security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed, and the transmission of information through the website is undertaken by you at your own risk.

a. Third-Party Service Providers: We do not sell information to third parties, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent. We may disclose personal information to:

b. Squarespace: Our store is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. (Squarespace). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps them to protect your data. However, no company, including Squarespace, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. Squarespace uses the services of Peer Hosting for their website and for Squarespace managed websites. Personal information hosted by or through Squarespace is subject to Peer Hosting's privacy policy which may or may not contain terms as protective as this privacy policy.

c. Payment Processor: Squarespace uses third party payment processors to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third party processors' use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this privacy policy. Payments for our products are currently processed and managed using the third party vendor Stripe. You can read their privacy policy here: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy. If you purchase through Innately Science,, we collect data regarding which product or service you’ve purchased and how much you’ve paid for those products or services. We collect certain data about your purchase as necessary to process your request. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our third-party payment processing partners, including your name, credit card number, security code, expiration date, billing address, shipping address, and/or zip code/post code. For your security, Innately Science does not have access to or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data. Payments are processed through a third-party processor, therefore, the collection, use, and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and related agreements of that third party.

d. Analytics information: Squarespace uses analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our Site. These tools collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including the web pages you visit, your browser add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving our Site. We may collect and use this analytics information together with your Personal Information and stitch together session data from user visits to build a broader profile of our individual users so that we can serve you better.
